Approval of the Council should be obtained
A sports-related organization to send any member or player to participate in an international sports competition or an international sports-related meeting or conference or to invite players or officials from other countries to participate in a sports competition or an international sports-related meeting or conference in Nepal. Approval will have to be obtained.
